Shipping is included in the price on most items. Some items may have added shipping costs (see product descriptions). Busy at Home uses standard USPS shipping.

If you encounter a problem with your hand-made gift, please feel free to contact us! We will try to make it right. Please remember that hand-crafted items have little inconsistencies and will not have the perfectly polished look of factory-made products. That is part of their charm! We strive to only sell products that meet our high standards. However, if we miss something, please do not hesitate to let us know.
